Descripción
The ATEX Waterproof Fixture for 2x 600mm IP66 T8 LED tubes is designed for the safe installation of LED lighting in industrial environments with potentially explosive atmospheres. It complies with ATEX regulations and is suitable for use in zones 1 and 2 (gases) and zones 21 and 22 (dust), ensuring reliable operation in critical facilities.
Waterproof design and resistant materials
Made of ABS + PS, it incorporates a polycarbonate screen and aluminum body, providing high mechanical resistance and a long lifespan. Its IP66 protection rating ensures total protection against dust and powerful water jets, allowing for both indoor and outdoor use. It also features WF2 anti-corrosion treatment, suitable for demanding industrial environments.
Technical features and installation
The fixture is designed to house two 60 cm T8 LED tubes (not included), specifically with double-ended connection. It operates at a voltage of 180–240 V AC and is prepared to work in a temperature range of -20 °C to +40 °C.
For optimal performance, the use of aluminum T8 LED tubes is recommended; the use of polycarbonate tubes is not advised.
It includes a metal bracket for surface installation and a security closure via hexagonal key (key included), guaranteeing a stable, airtight assembly compliant with ATEX safety requirements.

The product comes with a 5-year warranty and RoHS certification, meeting safety and ecological compatibility standards.
