The ATEX Waterproof Case LED SLIM 50W IP65 1200mm is designed to offer powerful, safe, and reliable linear lighting in industrial environments with potentially explosive atmospheres. It complies with ATEX and RoHS regulations, being suitable for installation in zones 1 and 2 (gases) and zones 21 and 22 (dust), which guarantees safe operation in critical industrial applications.
Waterproof construction and high mechanical resistance
This luminaire features a low-profile SLIM linear format, with an IP65 protection rating that ensures high resistance to dust and water, allowing for both indoor and outdoor use. It is manufactured from aluminum and PVC with anti-corrosive electrostatic paint and incorporates WF2 anti-corrosion treatment, suitable for demanding industrial environments. Additionally, it features IK10 impact protection, making it especially resistant in areas with a risk of shocks or vibrations.
Efficient lighting and uniform distribution
With a power of 50 W and a luminous flux of 5,000 lumens, it provides efficient lighting for large work areas. It emits 6000 K cool white light, suitable for improving visibility in industrial settings. Its 120° beam angle, together with the opaque diffuser, ensures homogeneous light distribution and minimizes glare.
It operates with an input voltage of 85–265 V AC, integrates high-quality OSRAM SMD LEDs, and features a power factor of 0.98, offering stable and reliable performance.
Installation and maintenance
The ATEX LED SLIM 50W waterproof case includes metal brackets for surface installation, facilitating secure mounting in accordance with ATEX requirements. The locking system is operated via a hex key (not included).
Warranty and certifications
This luminaire has a lifespan exceeding 35,000 hours and comes with a 5-year warranty.
