The Explosion-Proof ATEX LED Floodlight 150W 24V DC is designed designed for installation in industrial environments with explosion risk due to the presence of flammable gases or combustible dust. Its low-voltage safety direct current (24V DC) power supply makes it especially suitable for critical ATEX applications and environments requiring enhanced electrical protection, including maritime installations and humid areas. This model complies with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, ensuring safe operation in classified zones 1, 2, 21, and 22.
Designed to illuminate medium-to-large ATEX areas requiring direct current power supply, this floodlight incorporates high-performance Lumileds 3030 LED chips, delivering powerful, stable, and efficient lighting even in demanding industrial applications and special environments.
High luminous performance with safety direct current
With a power output of 150W and 24V DC power supply, this floodlight provides a high luminous flux, ensuring wide and uniform illumination in ATEX installations where alternating current is not permitted or not recommended. Its lifespan of up to 50,000 hours significantly reduces maintenance and replacement costs.
Designed for extreme conditions and critical applications
The floodlight features an IP66 protection rating, making it resistant to dust, water, and humid environments, along with IK10 impact resistance. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use under severe environmental conditions, including industrial, maritime, and high electrical safety requirement environments.
Its housing is made of aluminum with WF2 anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring maximum durability and resistance in aggressive environments, humid areas, and marine applications.
Installation and technical considerations
Includes an adjustable mounting bracket, allowing installation on walls, ceilings, or poles, especially suitable for industrial automation systems and ATEX environments powered by direct current.
The power cable is not included. A cable suitable for the specific ATEX atmosphere and compatible with 24V DC direct current installations must be used, with a minimum diameter of 7 mm, compatible with the luminaire’s cable gland.
